September was a fun month, and passed very quickly. Avery came home for Labor Day weekend and we picnicked in the bakyard and spent Monday up at the High Uintah's. That was a new adventure for us and it was such a beautiful area!
The next weekend was our nephew, Ammon's, wedding reception in Orem. I had most of my aunt's and uncles attend and so it ended up being a mini reunion. It was so much fun to see everyone.
Dustin's poor, always crooked mask...
Ammon and Anne. So fun! We love her! (And him)
Maren has had many cross country races. She's doing great and pushing through some bodily pain to run varsity.
And Ryan has had many soccer games. He is playing on a competitive team this year and so we have had to travel a little to watch him play.
This game was in Ogden, so my sister's and their families came to watch.
Maren asked and got answered to the Sadie's dance.
Our garden has been growing strong. This was a cross between a zucchini and a pumpkin.
I finally picked everything right at the end of the month. The weather turned cold and the deer were starting to eat my pumpkins, which makes me mad. According to the internet, there is a chance the green ones will still turn orange inside, so we thought we'd risk it, rather than have them get munched.
And, I had a girl's weekend at my friend's cabin, working on projects, hiking and seeing all the beautiful colors of Fall! It was lovely.
And we saw a snake on our hike.
