Grant turned two this week. The last two years have flown by! Grant alternates between being our baby and being very much a two year old. He has recently formed an opinion on what he wears (he prefers "jammies" all the time). His favorite thing to say to show me how mad he is is either "tupid mama" or "poo poo mama." Luckily those are the naughtiest words he knows. And then a minute later he is apologizing and cuddling in to me. He says "cue me" (excuse me) at appropriate times and "see ya, la you" when he is sliding out the back door. For his birthday, my sister Lynnette gave him a shirt with a dinosaur on it saying "I am LOUD". That pretty much sums up Grant. She said she couldn't pass it by. Not only is he loud, but he loves all things loud, as well. He gets extremely excited in the vacuum aisle at Wal-Mart and today he took my hand and led me over to a new "vacuum"-- our neighbor's lawnmower. He is going to be a great janitor some day. He is slowly closing in on Ryan, as far as size goes and people ask us now if they are twins. We sure do love our (not so) little baby. He keeps us busy and happy!

You do make an awesome birthday cake! I can't believe how fast the time has flown - and Jen is right, you do have a couple of cute, mischevious boys... :)
