On President's Day, our nephew Ammon came up from BYU to hang out, so Jen's family (and Lynnette's girls) came down and joined us at Antelope Island. It was a little chilly, but still fun to be with cousins. It's a beautiful place, even in the dead of winter.
We had a youth fundraiser dinner in our ward, and the youth were supposed to bring a dessert to auction off, and Ryan really wanted to make this cake to auction off. He did it mostly on his own, with just a little help from me, and it was a hot item at the auction.
This was Maren's class's talent during the talent show. I have no clue which one is Maren.
I don't actually think this cougar track in my front yard is very fun. In fact, it has caused some stressful bathroom trips for the dog because 5 out of 6 of us are afraid for cougars now! We don't really know if it is a cougar track, but if it isn't, it is a very big dog! It's almost 4 inches across!
We did our annual Owen Service Project to remember our sweet nephew/cousin that passed away. We made flower arrangements and took them to the widows in our ward. It was fun to visit with those that we found at home, and the boys had fun putting together the flowers.
Dustin and Ryan went to a Jazz game, courtesy of the Junior Jazz team Ryan was on. Lots of fun!
We went down to Provo for a BYU Men's Volleyball game. We ran into this beauty at Chik-Fil-A so that was fun! She was also headed to the game, but she got there a little before us, so she actually got a seat! It was so incredibly full! Our group ended up splitting up and sitting wherever we could, until the last game when people had started clearing out and we could all sit together. But it was still a fun game!
Grant had Crazy Hair Day for Dr. Seuss Day at school. It was also the day of his book battles, so I got to see a little bit of that, and then hurried down to help with face painting.
Thing 1, Thing 2 and Thing 3.
Avery and I went to the Tabernacle Choir and Orchestra on Temple Square concert and it was so amazing! I feel so blessed to be able to live so close to Temple Square and to be able to go to these kinds of things. It was beautiful! (The boys were having their own fun, playing at the Microsoft store, across the street. And, Maren was with friends at a different concert, also at Temple Square!)
